CrowchildThe next phase of engagement for the Crowchild Trail Corridor Study will be happening soon. The three key principles of the study are to:

  • maintain and enhance bordering communities
  • improve travel along corridor
  • improve mobility across corridor

Phase 4
The project is now moving into Phase 4. Throughout June, there will be engagement opportunities, including drop-in events and walking tours. Three workshops being held:

Workshop #1: Monday, June 13

This phase builds on Phase 3 which took place in February and March 2016. During Phase 3, Calgarians helped the City of Calgary evaluate 17 ideas against the study’s three key principles. Summaries of the verbatim comments collected and are now available.

Phase 5
Feedback gathered in Phase 4  will be used as input to short-list and refine the preliminary design concepts into recommended plans for the study area. Calgarians will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the recommended plans in Phase 5: Concept Selection and Recommendation in the Fall.
